Refund policy
At I LOVE MY DOG, every item is made to order especially for you through our print-on-demand partners. Because each product is custom-produced only after you place your order, we handle returns and refunds as described below.
Made-to-order products
All of our products are printed and produced on demand. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind — for example, if you ordered the wrong size, selected the wrong product, or simply changed your mind. Please review the product description and the size chart carefully before completing your purchase. If you need help choosing, contact us at contact@versaside.com before you order.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
We want you to love your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or is not the item you ordered, we will make it right with a free replacement or a full refund.
To be eligible, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at contact@versaside.com and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photos of the damaged or defective item (and the shipping packaging, if relevant)
Once we review and approve your claim, we will arrange a free replacement or issue a refund. You will not need to ship the item back to us unless we specifically ask you to.
Lost or undelivered orders
If tracking shows your package was lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout, or because it went unclaimed, you are responsible for any reshipment cost. Please double-check your shipping address before ordering.
Order changes & cancellations
Because items go into production quickly, we can only change or cancel an order if production has not yet started. Please contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 24 hours of ordering — at contact@versaside.com. Once production has begun, the order can no longer be changed or cancelled.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping charges are refunded only when an entire order is refunded due to our error or a defective product.
